Chris Mowinckel is a seasoned operations leader with more than 30 years of experience driving efficiency, streamlining processes, and guiding internal teams toward excellence. As Director of Operations at OPSPro, she oversees all internal departments and behind-the-scenes functions that keep the organization running smoothly. Her strategic vision, attention to detail, and collaborative leadership style make her an essential part of the company’s success.

Chris brings a deep background in payroll, having previously served as Director of Payroll, where she gained a reputation for precision, problem-solving, and systems expertise. She has successfully led over 30 system implementations, including Ultimate Software, Paychex Payroll, Sage 50, Intuit Full Service, and iSolved. Her expertise includes union and SCA payroll processing, collective bargaining agreements, annual audits, and payroll compliance at the national and international levels.

Throughout her career, Chris Mowinckel has supported organizations ranging from small startups to companies with 500+ employees. Now, in her expanded role, she applies that same level of dedication and operational knowledge to every corner of the business.
